Abstract

Deep Neural Networks, especially those processing temporal data, have a large computational time and power requirement.  These power and computation time requirements prevent widespread use in low-power real time applications. We propose a gated-resistive random-access memory-based neuromorphic scalable dendrite-synapse architecture for real-time low power inferencing of temporal data.
